No one is useless in this world

 Allah has given ability to everyone in this world so no body is useless, un worthy or worth nothing. Every one is unique in this world whether it is intelligence, talent, socioeconomic status, wealth, ability, acumen, IQ, EQ and looks.  Everyone does something in his life maybe some more or less than others and therefore everybody is worthy and not useless. To taunt someone that he/she is useless is a big sin in the eyes of Allah as taunting is harsh and using harsh words for some one is harsh. We should carefully use our vocabulary for others as taunting can lead to making a person go into depression and eventually suicide. In the end what I would like to say is that every one of us are useful and everyone is performing his duties and jobs in one way or the other.

Obsessive Compulsion Disorder

 Obsession Compulsion Disorder is a disorder in which we are obsessed with certain actions or behaviours that we perform repeatedly. Having intrusive thoughts are also part of the obsessions. Repeatedly following numbers, patterns and sequences are also part of obsession compulsion disorder. Counting numbers or counting sequences are also part of obsession compulsion disorder. Being a perfectionist is also part of obsession compulsion disorder. Repeated behaviours such as hand washing and having anxiety if the ritual of handwashing is not complete is also part of obsession compulsion disorder. This is because the person performing these rituals of handwashing cannot solve his or her problem that is why he resorts to the ritual of handwashing. In the end what I would like to say is that since OCD brings it with depression and anxiety disorders it clearly shows lack of serotonin neuro transmitter disorder because of which we need to take medicine such as sert and Lurisa.

Saying Thanks to Allah and people

 If we want happiness and contentment in our lives then we should be grateful to not only Allah but even our close relatives, friends and strangers. Although if we show dissent and ungratefulness to Allah for his blessings and the money and things he has given to us then Allah has every right to take these things back from us in the form of punishment and calamity. We shouldnt be greedy for wealth and worldly desires and materialistic things such as having a handsome salary, big house, big cars, big property and designer clothes as this greed can lead us to shirk of Allah and in this way into Hell. We should be grateful to Allah for whatever he has blessed us with any form of rizq that is house, salary, wealth, a good spouse or good children. In the end what I would like to say is that if we are not grateful to people then we are not grateful to Allah even which leads to the wrath of Allah.

About happiness and contentment

 If we are thankful and grateful to Allah then we are happy and contented. if we completely forget Allah in our lives then we become depressed, sad and lonely. If we turn completely off from Allah and dont have Allah in our lives then our life becomes miserable and unfortunate. We should be not only be grateful to Allah but also to its servants that is us human beings. Being grateful to Allah's human beings is equally important if not more important than being grateful to Allah. As being thankful and grateful and being thanksgiving cures depression and brings joy in our lives.  We should be grateful to Allah for his blessings as Allah's blessings brings contentment and happiness in our lives. If we are grateful to Allah he will give us even more. In the end what I would like to say is that being grateful and saying thanks to people brings happiness to depressed people.

Trauma

 Whenever a person goes through stressful situations, event, conditions and occurrence, after that stressful occasion he goes through trauma of the situation. for example getting divorced is traumatic, being single without being married throughout your life is traumatic, failing a university exam or course or professional exam or professional course is traumatic, being jobless is traumatic, having financial problem is traumatic, losing a loved one is traumatic, death of a loved one is traumatic and finally being a failure in life is traumatic. Whenever we go through post traumatic stress disorder and we are under stress,anxiety and depression we are suffering from serotonin neurotransmitter problem and need to take medicine such as Sert and Inderal. In the end what I would like to say is that believe in Allah's plan and praying five times daily namaz and reading the Quran daily help to overcome trauma.

About bereavement and death of close relatives

 Just recently the eldest brother of my father Retired Colonel Muhammad  Siddiqi died. He just died three years after my father died in 2023. He was an intellectual and a great retired army colonel. He had great general knowledge and memory as he wrote a book on our family history. He was the one who built our house in DHA for me and my family and for his family. He looked in considerable pain during his last days which was very sad for me and eventually Allah gave him death to relieve him of the pain. Allah has promised us in the Quran that he will not give us more pain that we cant bear. Everything has been predestined by Allah and even before we are born our age and place of death has already been decided by Allah. This world is temporary and our hereafter is permanent. If a person is a good person with good deeds then he will surely meet the souls of close relatives who have died before his own death. In this way Colonel Siddiqi's soul might have met the souls of my father...

About obesity

 Being obese is not a good thing as it not only causes diabetes and heart and liver problems but also causes a lack of intelligence in humans. Eating all the time and taking a high sugary and carbohydrate diet can not only cause diabetes, heart problems and cancer but also a lack of cognitive skills, a below average IQ  and hence a lack of intelligence. Eating and consuming junk food causes aggression and mental diseases such as bipolar depression in especially young adults. Therefore we must avoid junk food as it is not only cancerous but causes aggressive behaviour in humans. If both the parents are obese the number of fat cells in children increase hence children of obese parents turn out to be obese too with lack of cognitive skills. In the end what i would like to say is that we should take a proper balanced diet in order to stay sharp and healthy.
